Our services are geared towards the
enhancement of the usability of software systems and processes. There
are several areas in wich we can improve the usage of computers in organisations such as:
- Increasing availability. Most persons have a high degree of mobility while
doing their normal job and sometimes this can alter communication and
work process. We believe that essential information can be made
available averywhere using the Internet - e.g E-mail (using WebMail
services), addressbooks and other resources with the help of groupware
systems.
- Choosing the right software. Sometimes big, expensive tools are
purchased for small goals and sometimes biger goals fail because of
insufficient computer support.
- Decreasing licensing costs. Using open source (or inexpensive)
software correctly assembled allows larger user support programs. A
more limited program that is well known by users (through training and
support) is better that one with more features that are unknown or not
correctly used.
Most our services are concentrated on
WEB solutions, because we believe that in most cases this is the better
(and easier) solution. All programming work and hardware investments is
concentrated in one point (the server) while the users will work
through a well known WEB interface. No extra software is needed on
their workstation.
