Trouble Ticket System) are software packages designed to record
requests and their handling by the personal. Therefore, such systems
can be used internally for knowledge management or helpdesk or in
customer support area. RT systems can store metadata about each
request, each user and each staff member such as the number of requests
in the last month, open requests, request handling speed and so forth.
Overall, HelpDesk systems are great tools for communication management
and archiving.
